Item Description: Mrs Pho has launched a new series of easy DIY kits for you to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cooking in the comfort of your home. Vietnamese beef stew, or Bò Kho, is a hearty dish for any meal. Good with baguettes, vermicelli noodles, rice, or instant noodles! Hence, this bundle includes 2 packets of Vietnamese beef stew & 1 FREE packet of dry vermicelli! Alternatively, try Mrs Pho's crowd favourite, Mamma's Lucky Meatballs!

Contents: 2 packets of Vietnamese beef stew OR Mamma's Lucky Meatballs, and 1 FREE packet of dry vermicelli (good for 3 pax)

Weight: Beef Stew (400gm each) / Meatballs (15 pcs each) + 1 x Dry Vermicelli (300gm)

Expiry: 1 month from production

Cooking Instructions: Easy cooking instructions on the back. 

Beef Stew: 1) Heat up the beef stew. Either A. Defrost and microwave 2 mins or B. Defrost and simmer 5 mins low heat. 2) Prepare rice/noodles/bread/etc as needed. 3) Pour the heated stew into a bowl. Garnish with dried herbs pack. Serve with rice/noodles/bread and additional toppings as needed. 

Meatballs: 1.) Defrost before cooking. 2. Grill on low heat or pan fry for 3-4 mins. 2) Air fry at 170°C for 4-5 mins. Serve with bread, salad, fresh herbs, lettuce, cucumber, pickles, or equally tasty on its own!

Ingredients: [Beef Stew] Beef shank, carrot, lemongrass, shallot, ginger, bread flour, tomato concentrate, garlic, fish sauce, cinnamon, peppercorn, star anise, five-spice powder, turmeric bay leaf, clove; [Dry Herbs] Thai basil, saw leaf

[Meatballs] Minced pork, minced red onion, meatball powder, fish sauce, tapioca flour, honey, toasted rice powder, bean sauce, black pepper, baking powder, colouring powder

Storage Instructions: Keep beef stew/meatballs frozen between -18°C to -10°C. Store dry vermicelli in a cool dry place.
