Instructions

Crab Bisque Soup Concentrate Instructions:
*Please note the crab bisque soup concentrate consists of 2 components packed separately: chicken soup and crab bisque. You will need to get fresh creme. Recommended to add annatto seed oil as well.

  1. Add 1400ml hot water to the chicken soup concentrate.
  2. Bring the mixture to boil.
  3. Add crab bisque, creme, annatto seed oil into the mixture.
  4. Simmer for 5 mins.

Pepper Pork Collagen Soup Concentrate Instructions: 

  1. Add 1000ml hot water to the pork collagen soup concentrate.
  2. Bring to boil, then simmer for 5 mins.

Pepper Pork Collagen Soup Concentrate: Pork bone, minced pork, pork skin, water, white pepper corn, black pepper corn, garlic, anise start, cinnamon, salt, sugar, msg

Storage

Crab Bisque Soup Concentrate: For crab bisque, chicken soup, annatto seed oil, keep frozen between -18°C to -10°C. For crème, keep refrigerated between 2°C to 6°C. 

Pepper Pork Collagen Soup Concentrate: Keep frozen between -18°C to -10°C.

Despite its obscurity, it has been around for over 30 years and a queue forms daily for it, with waiting time that lasts 2-3 hours. The crab bisque at Mrs Pho House is made in house using the same crab paste recipe, for the truest authenticity.⁠ The taste is smooth, mellow, and light, in contrast to thick and heavy French bisques, making it suitable as a hotpot soup base.
